Welcome to Be Sanctified, a personal ministry website operated by Danny Cometto. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy.

Who can use the site

You may use Be Sanctified if you can form a binding agreement with us and are not barred from doing so under applicable law. The site is intended for adults; a separate teen experience is planned and will have its own terms.

Your account

Please provide accurate information and keep your password and recovery code safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass, threaten, or harm others;
• post content that is abusive, hateful, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate — especially within study groups and discussions, which are meant to be safe and edifying;
• attempt to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the site or others' accounts;
• impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you write — your journal, posts, and notes. By posting content in a group, you give us permission to store and display it within the service so your group can take part. You are responsible for what you post, and we may remove content or limit accounts that violate these terms or harm the community.

Our content

The studies, songs, writings, and other materials we publish are the work of Danny Cometto and are offered for your personal, non-commercial use and spiritual edification. Please do not republish or sell them without permission. We are glad for you to share links and to use them within your own study and groups.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. The teaching here is offered for encouragement and growth in faith; it is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. We do not promise the site will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Ending your use

You may stop using the site and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the site and its members.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date above, and continued use of the site means you accept the revised terms.
