My heart is heavier today. Not able to get to the things I think I need to get to. But trusting God to guide me nonetheless.

I hear John saying this to me:

“That which we have seen, heard, and touched, we proclaim to you… God is love… Abide in Him.” It is all I have left to say. After years, after visions, after exile — it is enough.

Is it that simple. I want these things to say, to be able to turn people to God. Though I know it is God alone, and God shows me that over and over. But what little part I can play in the drama, I want it to be bigger. To move mountains. And as I say this, I believe I do. With just the little faith I have, I see God move mountains.

I often shake the dust from my boots. But I do think in my trying, I fail.

I think I can say… God is love. Abide in Him.
